I'm not able to update to MacOs High Sierra when I clic I'm getting a white screen only

I have a MacBook Pro i7 late 2011 with Sierra installed in. I'm trying to update it to at least High Sierra but it's not working

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Oh thanks i should close the ticket as yesterday i was able to update without any issue. thanks all for your replies
