You need a computer and the Apple ID password, but unfortunately it will wipe the phone, There is no option.

The data on iCloud like "iCloud photos" is safe. As is all your emails and cloud based calendars, Notes, Reminders.
All the data that is ONLY on that particular phone, such as photos that are not iCloud photos snd not backed-up, is inaccessible and will be wiped, for your own security if the phone was lost.
there is no possibility if i have my i cloud password to do anything even through authentication with other connected devices
That is not possible without passcode.
befo resetting your iPhone. You can transfer all data to another iPhone before wiping out all data.. I guess that the only option before wiping iPhone
i forgot my i phone passcode the only way is to put the phone in recovery mode and i dont have back up for my photos and memories that i can recover if i lost it
