I can’t open attachments on my iPhone since last weeks update, any suggestions?

After reviewing your post, it seems like the iPhone is not able to open attachments after an update. Let's get a little more information to help narrow this down.


Which version of iOS is the iPhone running? Settings > General > About

Which app are you using to open the attachments?

Do you receive an error message?
