How can I get this watch to call me instead of 911?

My wife has Alzheimer’s, so my concern is not calling 911 if she were to get lost, even in the house. If we can teach her to just hold the button, I would like it to call me or her caregiver. Is there any way to delete the call to 911 and have it call our two numbers which are listed as emergency contacts. We will not be far away and can call 911 if necessary.
You can't as that is not how it works.
It will notify emergency services and you can add your emergency contacts to that.
Having it call you would not be helpful if you are in need of assistance.
That is not possible.
