Editing blocked numbers on iPhone via a browser

Is it possible to review and edit the list of blocked phone numbers on my iPhone via a desktop. When you have a large list its extremely cumbersome to review on the iPhone.

blocked numbers I would like to delete all the numbers from the "blocked numbers" list, but I see that I can't do it or I can by slide the number to the left and "hit" delete. When I slide the number it showed "unblocked" and not delete. This is an iphone 7
