Messages Not Syncing After Flying

Hello. I was messaging from my computer on the plane, and when I landed and turned on my phone, none of the messages from the flight populated on my phone. It's a new phone (13 pro) and this has never happened before. Any ideas? I've tried all of the "message sync" threads to no luck. Thank you.

Messages never received My phone is just deleting non-iPhone messages from existence whenever I’m out of range instead of just politely delivering them to me once I’m back in service. It delivers iPhone messages (blue ones) once I’m back in range but none of the non-iPhone (green ones). Even if I just put my phone in airplane mode for two minutes, any texts sent to me during this time are never delivered to me. (Not after I turn airplane mode off. Not after turning phone off and on. No sign of these messages ever.) How do I fix this? (I have an iPhone 11, and I’ve recently updated to latest update. Doing this before and after update).

Using Messages on multiple devices I have multiple devices on which I use Messages - iPhone, iPad, three MBPs. On some of the devices some conversations either don't appear or I cannot send or receive certain threads while they work on other devices; I'd grateful for any thoughts on what's going on and if there's any way I can everything to work on all of the devices. Thanks!

Move to iOS app does not transfer my sent messages from android to new iPhone I have a text message thread between myself and my husband on my android (Samsung Galaxy S7) that goes all the way back to the day we met. I got a new iPhone (first timer) and have tried at least 5 times to get ALL my messages (both sent and received) to my new iPhone. So far, it does _not_ show my sent messages after the transfer. Received messages go through as well as my sent messages if they are in a group message (MMS). As far as the messages that I typed and sent, a few randomly squeaked through dispersed amongst different conversations. The phones are always plugged in, right next to each other, and my android is on the network that the iPhone creates. I've tried putting my Android in airplane mode, and not putting it in airplane mode- during the transfer. Still no sent text messages of mine show up in iMessage. I've put my SIM card in AFTER the transfer and restarted my iPhone... still nothing. It always stops at 49%, every time. This does not seem to be a space issue- after the iPhone still has plenty of space left. I also deleted all of my unimportant or unwanted text messages beforehand to make room. I didn't opt to transfer my photos either, just in case it was a storage issue. I know this sounds cheesy, but this has literally stopped me from using my new iPhone- I just want my sent messages to show up :( I'm wondering if there is something I should be doing on my Android beforehand (perhaps in my settings)? Anything at all? I'm at a loss and welcome tips or shared experiences.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your messages syncing after using your Mac on an airplane. We'd like to help.

Are messages that are started on your iPhone showing up on your Mac now? How about if you start one from your Mac now that you've been off the plane for a while? Do you Use Messages in iCloud?

Are both devices signed in with the same Apple ID? Have you restarted both devices? If not, give that a try and let us know if that helps.
