my imac keeps losing the connection to wifi

I have an older iMac from 2011 that was working perfectly, but now I keep running into issues where it will lose it's connection to wifi periodically. Any suggestions? I have high Sierra, fyi.

Have you ever changed the DNS settings? If not then you are likely still using your ISP's setting and may need to update them. Pleaser refer to: How to Change DNS Server Settings in Mac OS X (osxdaily.com)
