i want to break network carrier lock?
Only the carrier it's locked to can remove the lock.

What if the carrier, T-Mobile claims they already unlocked the phone, but phone is still locked? Then carrier refuses to do anything more about your locked phone, except to disconnect your service for complaining about the carrier lock too much. Shouldn't carrier locks be outlawed or discontinued?

Call a lawyer.
As for carrier locks being outlawed or discontinued, call your congressman.
This process did not work for my two iPhone 12 Pros locked to T-Mobile, while T-Mobile says they already unlocked them. What can I try next to get the phones unlocked?
