Resident of Two Countries

I am living between 2 countries and would like to establish 2 apple ID's so when I go to each country I can get the appropriate apps there especially local supermarkets and food deliveries .How do I do this

You have to search online apps about supermarket / food deliveries in their country .

Note : to establish two Apple ID you must have two different devices it could be Mac / iPhone and carry the desired device and that should be signed in Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
