it keeps saying my iphone isn’t up to date with this apple watch but my ios is updated to the latest version and it still won’t connect it keeps saying my iphone isn’t up to date for the apple watch series 7 but it is updated to the latest version yet still wont connect

Go to Settings/General/Software Update and follow the instructions.
