Can't connect AirPods because bluetooth doesn't show up

When I hold the button on the back of my airpod case the light blinks white to connect, but when I look at the bluetooth settings on my phone nothing pops up. How do I get the airpods to work

My airpods won’t connect to my phone. When i got to connect my airpods they don’t even pop up as a option. I was already connected to them but somehow it’s not there anymore. When i go to my bluetooth and wait for it to pop up as a device to connect to, it never pops up. Can someone please help me?

Airpods 2 aren't connecting My airpods are not connecting to my phone. I've tried everything as possible, the 15 seconds wait, pressing the buttons for 10 seconds. My friend put my airpods 2 in his case, took it back out, and put the airpods back into my case. I tried putting my bluetooth on but it's just not connecting. It's not connecting to my friends bluetooth either. How do I fix this?
