programming a later delivery on MAIL

is it really possible that Apple has not implemented a scheduled message delivery service in MAIL for 20 years? Year after year, version after version, I don't know how many people are still waiting for Apple to give this simple feature to its e-mail client. Every time someone asks for it from time to time, the answers from Apple come back laconic and say that the feature will definitely be added in one of the next versions. But is it so difficult to add a so simple feature that all 'competitors' now have? If I want to prepare a message and send it next Monday at 9 a.m., is that impossible? But why?

Thank you Bob and of course I will do it for the umpteenth time. Forgive me everyone but it was obviously a communication of frustration!

We understand that. This is why I provided the link to the feedback page. Fortunately for the volunteer helpers here this is not the venue to vent frustration. If it was, this would not be a very good place for us other users to help each other.
