Hi,

If your iPad is disabled, you will need to place it in recovery mode, and then plug it into iTunes on a Mac or PC.

This is to restore it to factory settings.

Doing so will erase the passcode, as well as all other content and data on the device.

• If you forgot your iPad passcode
• If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
