So if your identity verification is failing, I would look at the following things before attempting again.
- Settings > Name : does your name show on your Apple ID as it does on your state id or drivers license
- settings > name > name phone number email : does your date of birth show correctly
- Wallet App > Apple Cash Card > 3 dots top right > billing address : does your billing address show as it does on your DL or state id
- Do you have any open Apple Cash accounts with your SSN?
- Are you over the age of 18?
If you have attempted to verify your identity through the wallet, it may restrict your Apple Cash account.

You will need to contact Apple Support and speak with someone in the Apple Cash Department!
