While you can't access the iPhone directly from the Device Manager, you can access the iPhone storage through iTunes. Yes, I saw those warnings on your screenshot, it's strange.

Try connecting iPhone to PC.

Then click on Show hidden icons (bottom right of the screen)

If iPhone shows up there, right click on iPhone and remove.

But it looks like Microsoft has removed that option, or at least I don't see it here anymore.

If you right click on that warning icon, which options come up to do something?

Another option to remove the iPhone:

Go to Start -> Settings -> Devices. Select iPhone and click Remove.
