Is that fake airpods pro have a model number A3000? Is i’ve got scammed?

and ghe firmware cannot be update to the latest version

AirPods Pro model number is different in the official website I’ve bought this airpods pro 2 , and i found the model number on box A2689 A2699 A2700 which is different of the model number of airpods pro 2 in official website A2931 A2699 A2698. does it mean that this is fake product? Is my AirPods not genuine if there is no firmware information available in the settings? Is it possible that the AirPods is not genuine if there is no firmware information available in the settings? My iPhone is running the latest IOS version (IOS 14.4) by the time of publication of this post. I already checked the serial numbers in the box, charging case, and the AirPods itself and everything seems to be legit. Is the serial number from the box is enough to identify whether the AirPods is genuine.
