Chromecast can’t connect to wifi after iOS 15.1 upgrade

My Chromecasts are no longer working since iOS upgrade to 15.1 and 15.2. Google Home won’t detect any 5GHz wifi network when trying to operate from my iPhone or iPad and will not allow me to connect if I manually enter the wifi name and password. Can cast to chromecast however from my MIcrosoft laptop. I have reset, turned devices on and off, rebooted router etc no luck. The Apple device settings allow LAN access for Chromecast and Google Home.

Any ideas please? This is very frustrating as cannot cast Netflix shows to tv from our Apple devices!

Thanks for your reply however I have deleted and reinstalled apps, turned device off and on, rebooted router, factory reset chromecasts etc with no luck. I have also followed all the help items in Google Home and chromecast and have come to think the problem is related to iOS update as the chromecasts work ok with my laptop just not with Apple devices.
