All iCloud accounts can get 5GB of storage space for free. If you separately pay for more or are temporarily storing a backup, additional space will be available, but it's separate from which iPhones or other units you have, and the amount of space on them.

The iPhone model does not change the amount of free storage. All Apple IDs have 5GB free of iCloud storage space.

You can check the storage used and available in Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud
