hello everyone

Currently, I use an iPhone 6s+, but I am doing a lot of chat on WhatsApp through this phone, so we need to use another chat app gbwhatsapp. However, it doesn't have an in-app store, so how do I download it?

I suggest that you DO NOT download/install that app until it is available (approved) on the App Store.
