I'm experiencing a quick camera flicker whenever I'm opening the camera app at home screen (first time launch). But in the lock screen as well as control center it opens smoothly. All IPhone 13's, from mini to pro max at store where I bought the phone exhibit the same.
Though, it occurs only whenever I'm opening it at home screen after closing it. Any solution would be appreciated. Cheers.

That suggests it is normal and nothing to worry about.
Thanks mate. Well, not too worried about the issue, though it's somewhat bit annoying when opening the camera app. Quick camera flicker makes my eyes blink at the same time :)
But seriously, hopefully this small issue be resolved by future update, if this is really an issue or it is the way the camera app at Home screen works.
