If you are part of a Family Sharing group, then you can access Apple TV+ content, if any of the group members subscribes to Apple TV+. To be part of a Family Sharing group, you need to get invited by the group Organizer through your Apple ID account, and accept that invitation. To access subscription content on Mac, you have to sign in to the TV app (menu Account) with the Apple ID account as used in linking to the Family Sharing group.
