Battery percentage jumps up after restart / power off

Hi! I would like to ask, whether someone else also experiences a battery increase after completing the charge and subsequently restarting or powering off and back on. I usually charge my battery up to 90%, but every time I restart my laptop or turn it off after charging to those 90%, I turn my Mac back on and the battery jumps to 92-95%. I haven't noticed this with any of my other devices, so I am curious, whether this happenes to someone else as well. Thanks in advance!

You do not have to micro-manage the battery.

Built in Battery Health Management software does this for you.

Rule of thumb—If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on battery only.
