Camera auto smoothing
Picture shown in preview is automatically enhanced and smoothed to an unrealistic extent. How to solve this

This is becoming more frequently discussed. Most people prefer the result but if you want to take professional photos you need a Pro version 12 or 13 and use the RAW option for post processing.
You can try turning off Smart HDR and Scene Detection in Settings, Camera.
