how do I get a credit or refunded for apple care? I traded in Mac and still have two years left.
I traded in my 2020 MacBook Pro 13" for the 2021 MacBook Pro M1 16". I have two years left on apple care. How can I get that refunded or credited towards my new MacBook Pro? The sales person was too busy to help.
