We see that your AirPods aren't working properly and that you reviewed the article: If your left or right AirPod isn't working


If your AirPods are still within warranty, that would take precedence unless this is an issue of physical or liquid damage. If they are beyond the manufacturer's warranty, then AppleCare would come into effect. You can Contact Apple Support to review options.
