Looks like FedEx lost my package

By tracking number my package delivered FedEx hub (like 20miles away from me) and sit on the hub last week. WTF?

Mistake In Shipping Trade In Phone I mistakenly mailed my trade-in at a USPS store instead of a FedEx store. Dropped it in their drop shoot. The USPS person said that erroneously shipped FedEx packages are picked up weekly by FedEx and taken to a large facility but they won't look for my package among those they've picked up and I don't have the tracking #. I suspect eventually FedEx will ship my trade-in iPhone 11 but my time to get it into Apple has just 7 days left. Wouldn't Apple, who created the shipping trade-in package have the tracking # and be able to tell if it's laying in the FedEx facility? Any ideas how I can find out the location of my trade-in?

Lost package My package is shown delivered in Fedex but I have not received it. What do I do on this case?

What can I do if Fedex loses my iPhone trade in kit during the delivery? I shipped my trade in with Fedex, using the trade in kit I got, and its been delayed for over 10 days from the expected delivery day. i understand a third party has to evaluate the devise before I get my money back, but since they haven’t gotten the devise, and who knows, they might never get it if it has been lost by Fedex, will I still get my money, or does anybody know what I can do? This isn't an Apple issue, since you have the tracking number contact Fed Ex and ask them.
