This is a user-to-user forum. You are not addressing Apple here. We here are all just users, much like yourself.

The app’s developer and/or publisher has chosen to release their app for iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately this app is not available for Apple TV (tvOS) at this time. The developer would have to create a separate version for this to happen. You can make a request for an Apple TV version by contacting Mola.
