Three Things...
A. Try Restarting:
Try logging out once more, but this time restart your iPhone afterwards. Then log in once more, once this has restarted.
B. Verify this Device:
Verify that you are logged in to this account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
