I cannot get into my icloud from my iphone 12 pro max, my phone screen is highly damaged. I can't log into my icloud on my iphonexr.. i have tried everythig to rest my password and it will not let me.

That is a rough situation. Do you know anyone else who has an iPhone? You can use another iPhone to go into account recovery. That is kind of a last resort and is not quick. iforgot.apple.com has more details. I suggest plugging your phone into a computer that has iTunes installed. Be sure and check that the latest updates have been installed. There is a chance that even with a busted screen your phone will register and you can work from there.
