How to send files over Bluetooth to Windows 10 PC?

Hello,

I cannot send files over Bluetooth to my Windows 10 PC:

I start "Receive files" on the Bluetooth notification icon on my Windows PC.

I start Bluetooth File Exchange on my Mac and select the file, click Send, select the Windows 10 PC as the target in Devices list.

Then Bluetooth File Exchange on my Mac says: "The device does not have the necessary services."

What am I missing?

So far, I solved myself for now: I removed the PC from my Mac and the Mac from my PC Bluetooth connections and re-paired them. Then I could send files from my Mac to my PC and back, too.
