Bluetooth File Exchange Between Zenbook and MacBook

I'm trying to use the Bluetooth File Exchange app to send files between an Apple MacBook Pro and an ASUS Zenbook Pro, but the MacBook is stuck on trying to connect with the Zenbook.

Aside from checking if Bluetooth Sharing is on or restarting both laptops, what else can I try?

Cant see my cricut via Bluetooth on Sonoma MacBook Pro 2021 Via bluetooth I can see my Cricut Joy Xtra as a device on my iPhone, iPad, my both my work MacBooks. Of course, the one I do all my design work on for the Cricut is the only computer not able to find it. The only thing that is different is my MacBook 2021 is running Sonoma. I have turned on and off bluetooth, plugged and unplugged the cricut and restarted the computer. Is there anything else I can try. I was not willing to wait the hour and a half on hold for Cricut tech support who I am sure aren't that familiar with Mac issues. Any suggestions appreciated or is anyone else with Sonoma having similar issues.

Aight, I've fixed that problem. I have a new one though:

Most of the people who get this problem in the past were trying to exchange between their iPhone or something and it hasn't

At this point, though, I just gave up and used Google Drive to transfer my files.
