If someone had access to your cloud would they be able to set up emails for phishing or send explicit emails to make it look like a person has a porn problem?? Could someone hack it and put incriminating evidence on someone else? Say someone hates their husband and his family…would they be able to make it look like their husband was inappropriate with their children to blackmail the family? I know a bit weird stuff but there are some seriously weird people….

Knowing apple id and password is not important , to access the account .

If account is set up with secondary authentication , in which three answers for respective questions , date of birth , rescue mail address and its own password , credit card details ( optional ) are added .

When ever an account is signed in appleid.apple.com , you have to enter Apple ID and its password the next step will be security answers for respective questions .

If you reveal those to others definitely they will access the account .

Not sure what activities they will do with mail address and accessed account , send some phishy mails ...etc see some articles Checklist: If you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts - Apple Support
