Finish Setting up Your Phone won't go away. I don't want face recognition.

From step 4, you can tap "Set Up Later in Settings" if you don't want to use Face ID with your iPhone.

The option is “Set up later in settings”. it is blue text on the setup screen, it isn’t an option or a button to turn it off; you just don’t turn it on. You can also go to the Face ID setup screen, then cancel. Or set it up, then go to Settings/Face ID & Password and turn it off.
