constant keychain password prompt

I have Skype installed on my computer. Recently, I started receiving a popup message from Skype.

"Skype wants to sign using key "ExpressVPN Client" in your keychain".

I click deny. Seconds later, it pops up again. I can click deny all day, and it will repeatedly pop up. It is spamming me to the point where I have to close Skype and not open it, just to use the computer.

I find this extremely frustrating and googling for answers only showed the option to turn keychain off completely. This to me feels like a microsoft type problem where it is intentional and no way to deactivate it.

Can someone please help me? The other alternative is to uninstall skype completely and just never use it.
