The option to double-side scan (select duplex) is gone from my Scanner options.

I've previously double-sided scanned, so I know that my scanner has the capability. Any ideas on where else I should be selecting duplex or double-sided? See the attached image.

I have a Brother MFC-J8950W printer and scanner.

Have you recently upgraded Mac OS?
Have you tried restarting in Safe Mode?
What recent changes occurred in your computing or settings when you realized the change?
