Turn off Google apps and keeping screen sharing

I have a Google email for a screen sharing app, but I was trying to turn off all the other Google data keeping (on my "fresh" Apple laptop), and it's become INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING, like: "You have to turn this on in order to connect this other thing in order to turn that off." What is the best way to do this (if any)? That is: How do I keep the email, but delete ALL the other "tentacles"? (Or may there's some Apple extension to do this … ?). Or maybe I need to change my screen sharing app (Jump) … ?
