I understand you need some help sending scanned documents from your iPhone to your MacBook.


To send scanned documents from your iPhone to your Mac, go into Notes on your iPhone and select the scanned document(s). Then press the Share button on your screen, and, if you have AirDrop enabled, tap your MacBook.


On your Mac, it should open up either Finder or Notes. If it opens Finder, drag and drop the downloaded file onto the program you're running and you're good to go. If it opens Notes, just simply drag and drop the file onto the application and you're good to go.
