Yes. Make a purchase on Apple.com, and it will be backordered. It will be shipped to you as soon as it is available. Don't forget about where these are all manufactured, and what is going around: COVID. It took me 6 weeks to get my iPhone 13 in the mail. It may take the same about of time.
