How to install an app in Apple TV?
I cannot install this app: "Youku" while it is available on my iPad and iPhone. Could you please add this app to the Apple TV appstore?

You will have to contact the people behind Youku to request that they develop a version for Apple TV. It will only be available if they create it. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
