Delivery Date Approaching

Has anyone ever received a product after the estimated delivery dates provided by Apple? I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max at the beginning of December and it is set to deliver soon, but my order is still stuck in the "preparing to ship" phase. I'm nervous it won't make it before the holidays!
