If you created a full backup of your device, you won't lose any data, but.... No backup = No recovery, sorry.

If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends/neighbors, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. Then read these suggestions:

Hello ~ Perhaps you could borrow one from a friend or family member. An iPad won’t work. You can restore from a backup…have you been backing up your iPhone?
