My iphone 11 pro max, can't automatically decrease voice message volume as I bring it near the ear. Please guide on it. The screen-off function during attending calls is fine. Only the Whatsapp voice message issue is there as the volume isn't automatically decreasing when phone is brought to the ear.

While it's not expected behavior for this feature to auto decrease the volume of voice messages when bringing the iPhone near your ear, it can lower the volume of calls while looking at your device.
