Downloading Keynote for MacOS 10.15.7
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
The last compatible version of Keynote for Catalina was v11.1. Apple only provides the most current (v11.2) version of Keynote in the Mac App Store and that presently requires the installation of Big Sur or Monterey. Apple also does not provide a user download site for full past application installers.
There might be a chance for you to get Keynote v11.1. Launch the Mac App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. Adjacent to Keynote (provided you have downloaded it before) will be either an Update button or a cloud symbol. Click one of these. The first dialog will tell you that you need a newer version of macOS. Click OK. Next, and this is a maybe, a second dialog will appear offering to install the last compatible update of Keynote for Catalina.
If the second paragraph fails to install Keynote v11.1, then that was your last chance to get it, and you will need to resort to Keynote for iCloud, or a compatible version on iOS, or iPadOS. Or a Mac running Big Sur or later.
