AirPods won't connect to my iPhone

I just got a replacement case for my AirPods as they were not connecting to my phone, but now they still won't connect to my phone, and one of the AirPods are burning hot. How should I proceed with this issues, should I bring it back to Apple to see what they can do?

Hello,

Start here:

Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case

Also see:

If your AirPods won't connect

If no help, try a full reset:

Reset your AirPods

If one of the AirPods is getting hot, and not merely warm, see this:

AirPods Service and Repair

Good luck.
