hello there

i just purchased a gem from candy crush for $0.99 but it’s still on pending status and i want to refund it and get it back to my bill

To "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple" click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT204084

You have to wait for it to clear and be charged before you can request a refund.

When it’s on pending status l can’t request for refund it doesn’t work only purchased items can be refunded

this case is in pending status and still remains pending as you see in photo
