Is it normal for air pod pro case to turn red when it’s 100% charged? I’m still covered under one year warranty. Would it be possible to exchange the case for new one?
Also when I charged them with lightning cable the case did not charge my air pods pro. does that indicate there’s a problem with the actually case?
