how to get your apple id verification code through email

I just bought an iPhone 13 mini because my old iPhone is dead. I am currently setting up the new phone but I cannot get my Apple ID verification code because my old phone is dead and cannot receive any text or call. Is there a way to get it through my email of other means. Please help.. thank you
