When will apple release latest update which is over 14.0 for iPhone 6 Plus as many of the apps cant work on the 12.5.5 version?

iOS 12.5.5 is last security updates for iPhone 6 Plus, -> released September 23.
When will be the 15.2 update for iPhone 6 Plus as many apps are not working on the 12.5.5 update?
