Whenever i want to save, export or do other similar thing with file in any applications file picker i cannot sort files in alphabetic order. It can sort in any other, but not in alphabetic - its sort of random order. Like in this screenshot. What could be the problem?
It drives me nuts.
Simple Finder windows sorts it correctly.

You are showing the "Group By" menu.
What is the SORT order? I imagine that that is NOT by Name...
Hold down the Option key, and click this button:
It will then say Sort By, instead of Group By. Select Name. If it then continues to not sort by Name, there is a bug... but I am betting that it will work correctly.
