Powerbeats only plays one side after update

If the issue persists, reply with the answers to these questions:

• Does this happen when your Powerbeats Pro are being used in a specific environment? For example, are they being used outside in the cold?
• After a period of time, does the one side power back on?
• If so, is there anything that you do to get them to turn on, or does it happen on its own?

Same issue here. Outside seems to be worse, but don’t think it’s the cold. Used them in temperatures that aren’t that bad and still have issue. If I put back in charging box it will work again and battery power is normal but then it will turn off again after a bit. Frustrating
